Satisfaction guarantee

At Allera Light we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all stocked products. Simply return the item and packaging in the same condition they were delivered in and we will organise an exchange or refund. Note any refund will be less the cost of freight incurred.


All products are covered by a 36 month manufacturer’s warranty against defects on workmanship and materials used. This does not cover indirect, incidental or consequential damages. To claim a warranty, please use the contact form on this website and quote the original invoice number.

For your convenience, Allera Light provides free shipping Australia wide for orders over $200. Express post is available if required, however extra charges will apply. Orders will be dispatched within two business days unless otherwise notified.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within seven days of placing your order. If the item has already been dispatched it will need to be returned at your own cost. Any refund will be less the freight cost incurred and items must be returned in new condition.  You will receive a refund within 14 days of cancellation. A 20% restocking fee may be applicable. Custom orders can not be returned.
