Warranty Statement
Warranty Coverage
Allera Light provides a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for products supplied by Allera Light, subject to the terms below.
Unless otherwise stated, products are covered for a period of up to 3 years from the date of invoice.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Allera Light or an authorised distributor.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty is valid where:
○ Products are installed by a licensed electrician and in accordance with all relevant standards and manufacturer instructions
○ Products are used for their intended purpose and within specified conditions (including IP rating, temperature, and environment)
○ Proof of purchase is provided
○ Any claim is made within a reasonable time of identifying a fault
Allera Light may require the Product to be returned for inspection prior to approving a claim.
What We Will Do
If a claim is accepted, Allera Light will, at its discretion:
○ Repair the Product
○ Replace the Product (or provide a comparable alternative)
○ Refund the original purchase price
Approved freight or reasonable costs may be reimbursed where agreed in writing prior.
Replacement products may differ slightly due to ongoing product development.
